These Terms govern the relationship between "SELLER LAB" MCHJ (Tax ID 310220164, the "Company", "we") and you (the "User") when you use the website sellerlab.uz, our contact forms and our chats on Instagram Direct, Telegram and WhatsApp. By submitting a request or contacting us, you agree to the terms below.
1. What counts as personal data
By personal data we mean information that can identify a specific person:
- name;
- contact phone number;
- messenger handle or ID (Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp);
- email address;
- the content of your conversation with us and the information you provide in a form or chat (description of your task, company, product).
2. Why we collect data
We collect and process personal data solely for work-related purposes connected to the Company's activity:
- to contact you about your request and answer your inquiry;
- to prepare a quote or a commercial offer;
- to provide fulfillment and marketplace-management services and communicate about your order;
- to improve the quality of our service.
3. How we process data
The rules for collecting, processing and storing personal data, and the legal basis, are described in detail in our Privacy Policy. Processing is carried out with your consent, which you give when you submit a form or contact us.
4. Data storage security commitments
We commit to keeping your data secure:
- we store data in protected systems (our internal CRM, Google Workspace, official messengers) with restricted access;
- only authorized Company staff can access the data, and only to the extent needed to do their job;
- we apply organizational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration and loss;
- we do NOT sell or transfer your personal data to third parties, except where expressly required by law.
5. Use only for work-related matters
We use your personal data ONLY for work-related communication and for providing services connected to the Company's activity (sellerlab.uz). We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to your request, we do not send irrelevant advertising, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.
6. Your rights
You may at any time request what data we hold, request its deletion, or withdraw your consent. Step-by-step instructions are on the Personal Data Deletion page. To stop receiving messages, send "STOP" in any of our chats.
