Personal Data Deletion

If you no longer wish to receive messages from us and want "SELLER LAB" MCHJ (Tax ID 310220164, the "Company") to delete your personal data from its systems, follow the steps below. This also covers conversations you started with us on Instagram Direct, Telegram and WhatsApp.

1. What data this covers

Your name and contact details (phone, Telegram/Instagram handle, WhatsApp) that you shared with us;
Your message history with our bots and managers on Instagram Direct, Telegram and WhatsApp;
Website form submissions and any description of your task/company;
Records in our internal CRM associated with you.

2. Stop the communication (quick)

To make us stop messaging you immediately, send the word "STOP" in any of our chats (Instagram, Telegram or WhatsApp). We will stop sending you messages right away.

3. How to request full data deletion

Send us a deletion request through any of the channels below, including the contact (phone and/or handle) you used to talk to us so that we can identify you:

4. What happens next

We confirm that we received your request.
We verify that the request comes from you (via the contact you provide).
We delete your personal data from our systems (CRM, message history, mailing lists) within 30 days and let you know once it is done.

Some data may be retained where required by law (e.g., accounting records for services already provided). Personal data used for communication and marketing is deleted in full.
